Physical Products:
- Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to contact us regarding any issues with physical products.
- To initiate a return or report a product issue, please contact our customer service team at christen@iseestarsquilting.com
- Returned items must be in their original condition, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or damaged.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Digital Products:
- All sales on digital items are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for digital products once they have been purchased.
Exceptions:
- If the physical product received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
